A new month is always a fun time for me! I love planning, goal setting, and getting organized. The only thing better than a new month is a new month on a Monday!
Thank you July 2019!!
I absolutely love doing my brain dump portion of my goal setting process. Getting all the things out of my head and onto paper is amazing for me. I know, I’m a nerd. But honestly, doing this allows your brain to relax and decreases stress.

So, back to my process. If you have been following me for awhile now, you are fully aware of my process. I haven’t changed a thing. I still use my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil in my bullet journal that I made in Good Notes. If you don’t want to use a digital bullet journal, you can always use a paper bullet journal, or any agenda/journal you are already using.
By the way…
Not sure if you know this or not, but I have an Ultimate Goal Setting Guide (ebook) that I created that walks you through my process, step by step. I even put some templates in the back to help you get started, if you need it. If you are interested, you can click *here* to learn more.
My process for this month, like I mentioned before, is the same as previous months. I take inventory of my key areas of life, create my goals, take a personal inventory and then begin my brain dump.
Take a look at my Youtube video for the full process. While you’re there, don’t forget to subscribe to my channel!!
As always, leave me some feedback either here – below this post, e-mail me (megs@thewheellifeblog.com), or on any of my social media platforms! (FB/IG/TW @wheellifeblog and Snapchat @megsh8). I would love to hear from you and what I can do to help. If there is ANYTHING that you want to hear about – please let me know! I can’t do any of this without YOU, so I would love to connect with you!
Let’s keep those happy thoughts, productivity and self-care going! And until next time, live honestly, passionately, and with kindness!
