Full Morning Routine

Earlier this week I shared my Morning Oil Routine – what oils I use every day, how I use them, and why I’m using them.  Of course, this is just part of my morning routine, so I thought I would share my full morning routine.

From the time I wake up to when I “go” to work.  I stretch, express gratitude, take supplements to support my body in wellness, and get into a mindset to take on my day.  I hope this serves you in some way.  If you know someone that could benefit from this, please consider sharing.  I would love to serve as many as I can.

Establishing a routine is my key to success.  Having systems and a routine in place allows me to be as productive as I can while practicing self-care.  I try to plan my day the night before, in my Push Journal, and that gives my brain the ability to settle down for the night.  If needed, I will do a brain dump or journal all that I am thinking about in order to get it down on paper and out of my mind.  Give it a try and see if it works for you!
